Brendan J. Kavanagh, Esquire
A lifelong resident of Millville, Brendan obtained his Juris Doctorate degree from Widener University School of Law in 1993. Thereafter, Brendan was a law clerk for the Honorable Lawrence A. Eleuteri in New Jersey Superior Court, Burlington County. Following his clerkship, Brendan was associated with the Law Offices of Deasey, Mahoney, Bender & McKenna in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania before becoming associated with the Law Offices of Arnold Robinson. Subsequently they formed the Law Offices of Robinson & Kavanagh. In 2001, Brendan opened his own law firm in the beautiful and historic downtown district of Millville. He concentrates his practice in the areas of personal injury, employment discrimination, municipal and criminal defense litigation, corporate defense litigation, and real estate law (commercial and residential). Brendan is also the Municipal Public Defender for the City of Millville and Maurice River Township. He is also involved in a wide range of local activities including the Millville Democrat Club, and is a member of the Board of Directors for the Greater Millville Chamber of Commerce. Brendan’s interests include Irish studies, wine-tastings, golf and jogging.

Victoria S. Kavanagh, Esquire
Born and raised in Bricktown, New Jersey, Victoria graduated with honors and obtained her Juris Doctorate Degree from Widener University School of Law in 1993. She is admitted to practice law in three states: New Jersey, Delaware, and Pennsylvania. For several years, Victoria was associated with the Law Offices of J.R. Julian in Wilmington, Delaware. She concentrated in the areas of civil litigation and trial advocacy. Upon returning to New Jersey to raise her family, she began performing per diem work for a number of South Jersey law firms performing legal work in many areas of law. Presently, Victoria primarily practices in the areas of civil litigation, workers compensation claims, real estate law and wills and estates. Victoria is a member of several local civic organizations including the Millville Democratic Club and serves as Co-Chairperson of the Millville Democratic Executive Committee.

Jeff DiLazzero
Jeff concentrates his law practice on business and real estate transactions, commercial litigation, construction law and creditor’s rights. Jeff has extensive experience representing banks, mortgage companies, government entities and private lenders in the closing, collection and handling of commercial and residential loans. He has also represented numerous corporate and individual clients in a wide variety of business and real estate related matters. Jeff also provides free legal advice to several non-profit charitable organizations including the Millville Police Athletic League (PAL) and The Dream Foundation. |
